Where is the beef?

    So with finances in the chitter no more going to the butcher. Today it was off to the hood for some on sale New York Strip at 3.99 a pound. You had to buy the entire cut and they sliced it for you. Good ole Mexican cow. You gotta figure a cow is a cow right? After a little soaking in tenderizer and slapping it on the BGE it wasn't so bad. It was no where near as tender as what you get at the local butcher....may wake up with the mad cow? :Rolling:
