Wrong color??

Without the risk of sounding racist, the tornadoes victims here and the south and the flood victims of the Midwest are slowly being forgotten by our Gov't and the Media and dare I say, the American people. The article does not mention the flood, per se, but I will include it here. Is the so called "fairness" being applied here? I highly doubt it, but if we were black or another type of minority, like in Katrina or Haiti, they would be all over it! And probably, if we were in their voting block, we'd get more attention. Some of the comments below the article suggests that we are nothing but hicks and hayseeds and why aren't the Sarah Palins and Huckabees not down here shoring up support, money and supplies. Also makes the point of the "No Gov't intrusion" by some and now we want it. Uh, thats not the point Yankee puddinhead, we just want the same treatment that the "people" in the Ninth Ward of New Orleans got. No, I guess we are the wrong color and not in the voting block of this current Regime. Hate to say it that way, but there is the truth, and then theres the DAMN truth that no one wants to talk about. Well, I will.
