AC's Grubs

I gave a few of AC's grubs to my old fishing partner a few months back. We had lunch and he showed me some pictures of fish he caught with them. I saw paper prints but don't have digital images. Smoke/ purple flake and clear/gold flake were the best. Here goes:

1) 18,14,11 and 7 lb. 'ol whiskers on the clear/gold
2) 3-5 lb. bass on clear/gold
3) 6 lb. walleye on clear/gold
4) 6, 9, 12 lb. wipers smoke/ purple
5) catfish, bass, crappie of keeper size on smoke/purple
6) the prize: a 4.4lb smallmouth on clear/gold
Every fish was caught off of shear bluff walls at about 14 ft. over a three week period in warm waether. Goldfish catch the biggest catfish at LOZ so that explains the clear/gold. Smoke/purple is a good shad color and looks very natural in a 8-9 in. grub. Fished on 1/2 oz. head with a 7(0) hook. 20 lb. test mono or 60 lb. braid. 7' heavy action stick was homemade.
If he sends the digital images, I'll post them. This was my last trip to the lake. I didn't fish but saw a lot of old friends.
