Another victory for China

The N2 of PACOM has retired(relieved of position) as the intelligence eyes and ears of the fleet. He gave a speech in which he said China is a threat and is rapidly preparing for war with Japan. The admiral in command of PACOM seeks closer relations with the Chinese military and is an apologist of China. Last week, the Joint Chiefs cut all bi-lateral visits with China. China is building a very large military base about 200 miles from Japan on the islands in dispute.
The Chinese aim is evident. They are prepared to take what is in dispute: first, the South China Sea; second, anything they want.
