Bourbon barrel wood chips/char

    My brother in law sent me to bags of bourbon barrel char from a local to him distillery, that I plan on using in the smoker, probably mix it with some other wood chips. I cracked one of those bags open yesterday, expecting just a hint of bourbon, holy cow, kinda wanted to stick a handful in my mouth and chew on it a bit.

    Anyone used bourbon barrel char before when smoking. Probably would of been amazing with the bourbon brined turkey breast I did recently.
