Boy did Verizon screw up

We are in the process of switching from T-Mobile to Verzon. We went to Verizon a week ago yesterday.Talked everything over with the sales person, we were on the fence regarding a standard phone and a blackberry/smartphone. Well after talking to the sales person, they suggested a standard phone instead of a smartphone. So we picked our phone, LG Env Touch, said we wanted the insurance on my phone, was told b/c we are in the middle of switching we'd get a discount on our first month's bill (as per store Manager), which would be in March. They did allow us to do a 30 day "trial" since our account w/ T-Mobile doesnt end till March 7, hence the discounted first month.

Well we got a bill today in the mail today, not March yet is it? There was no insurance on my phone, the additional discount for the first month was not on there, there is a data fee for each phone, which we not informed of, that is the reason we didnt do a blackberry/smartphone, couldnt justify a data plan and again. Basically everything we were told was just the opposite. Guess its back to Verizon we go.
