China may be ready NOW

China stated in a past quadrennial defense review that they wanted to be ready for war with us by 2017. They have expanded far more rapidly than we imagined. With their new strength in the far east and our still diminished capacity from the middleast war, they may consider the time is ripe to take us on. China is pushing Japan into a war response and we have a defense pact with Japan. Loudest saber rattling siince the Vietnam war. If war starts expect the US infrastructure to be taken down immediately by cyber attack and possible EMP. Hope everyone is ready with supplies and batteries.

Now that I've got your attention--yes, this is a possible scenerio with a 30% chance of taking place by computer analysis. Not my analysis so I'm watching events a little more carefully while the tensions increase.
