Dash rattle in my Chevy truck

I got a rattle in the dash, right in front of the driver. Its deep in the dash. I've had the top cover off and have looked all around in there, the best I can cause its hard to get to, and I can't find it. Its getting worse. To the point of driving me to distraction.

I've Google searched for dash rattles, looked all over YouTube ............ can't find any help.

I'm gonna take it to a pro, but don't really know where. Should I go to a dealership ? Or can any auto repair shop do this work ? Or maybe a body shop ? I'm scared of going to a dealer, cuz when they done , the bill could be out of sight.
