DS lure question/idea

    had a thought, I know scary, is there a way for soft plastic co's to mold a ring or piece of plastic into the nose of baits used for dropshotting. The biggest drawback to ds'ing is the bait being thrown, so if they molded something in to help prevent that, thhink it would save alot of soft plastics. I know whoever molds Cabelas stick baits molds a ring it for wacky rigging, why cant something like this be done for ds baits.
