E-mail got hacked

You know how they say to delete your e-mails from all the previous names ?I got sent something from a friend and opened it...... dumb decision. Somebody took over my e-mail account and changed my password.I have Norton and Bitdefender. I couldn't log into it for 4 days and was lucky it was a easy fix at the 'puter hospital.So be aware of it and pass it along to your friends. All it takes is to hilight previous names and delete them and use the bbc feature.
