Feds on this site

    I have bben searching for info on FEHB 2014 and if it is affected by Obamacare. I can find nada. I have 2 minor surguries to do and would like to push them into next January. I would do them this year if I'm getting screwed next year. Anyone heard anything from OPM or your agency?
