High Rock condition????

    Wanting to come over to High Rock and do some running around. With the lake pull down I have heard about the past few days like to know what is the condition of the lake. 203, Tarheel Where would be the best launch to use? Is there any particular places to go or not to go? Been so long since I have been there on the lake.
