I'm a little rattled

    having a 14 foot jon, I just launch and tie up to the dock. Returning, I tie to the dock, back the trailer up, untie the boat and push it out, walk into the water and pull it onto the trailer. Did that the 5 years we lived here previously and only once had a gator surface about 100 feet away. Today I'm doing the return procedure and talking to a guy when the guy asks if I'm freakin crazy because there's a cottonmouth living under the dock:shocked: Never seen one there. I looked today and didn't see anything. But, I have to admit to being a little spooked for further trips:doh: I've thought of driving the boat on but I usually fish alone and my fat arse couldn't get out of that thing and make it onto the trailer and onto the truck:Rolling:
