On 03/02/12 at 1931 hours, Samuel Shrmp, Huntington West Chief Train Dispatcher reported Train Q69802, with Locomotives CSXT 5201, CSXT 9031 (Both DVR), and HLCX 7156, derailed two Hopper Cars, BNGX 30545 (Load - Wheat) and DAKX 252003 (Empty - Polyethylene Terephtha), 48th and 52nd cars respectively around MP CMG 34.5 on the Big Sandy Subdivision. This is located west of the Contrary Creek Road and Highway 2037 intersection in Louisa, KY. This was a result of a possible tornado strike.
