Just Wondering

I just read a very long article on what defines the poor. One of the definitions was a person or family that paid liittle or no federal income tax. Wouldn't that definition also include people who are so wealthy they can use loopholes to avoid taxes?

Stan Kroenke, the owner of the Rams, is a billionaire from his constuction business. His wife is one of the 6 Walton heirs. I wonder how many billions THAT family controls. By the way, besides the Rams, he also owns the Colorado Avalanche, the Staples center, the Denver Nuggets, the British Arsenal soccer team, and several minor league teams. 'ol Jerry Jones is a piker compared to Stan.
