Leftovers

    Not much left. The turkey carcass will make turkey noodle soup tomorrow and a little left for a few sandwichs. The first gone was the smoked crappie then the ribs and pulled pork butt disappeared. The bird was the last to go. My wife made two large pans of breading with duck and oysters--all gone. At least I don't have to worry about gaining weight from this Thanksgiving. The guests brought the pies and dessert and we had them take it with them. I hope your Thanksgiving was as enjoyable as ours.
