Little chilly out there today

Not a lot of wind this afternoon, and the sun had things up to 39 degrees by noon, so I headed out with the boat. Water was 46 degrees so the only thing I picked up was the old thunderstick. First fish of the day only took about 20 minutes to find. It came off at the edge of the boat but was a nice largemouth about 18" (minimum). Couple more casts to the same area got a 15" largey in the boat. They wanted a long pause today with the stickbait. Lots of them came off halfway to the boat and many more just smacking it without hooking up. Ended the day by three o'clock with six put in the boat. I keep saying I'd like to get out just "one more time" before it snows......
