At least I thought she was. She has taken an offer from one of my former employers. I tried to talk her out of it but she said she wanted to "challenge" herself. I have always told my nephews and nieces to stay away from the intel agencies. She is top of her class in college and she was recruited heavily by the private sector. She wants to be an executive and I have to say that federal gov't treats women equally in promotions. I had taught the girls self defense and how to shoot so she has a step up on most of the other recruits. Her mom is really pissed at me. The recruiter told her that her "pedigree" was a factor in her hiring. She didn't pick one of the "desk" agencies. This decision is NOT what I wanted for her but obviously my view didn't count. I hope your family pays more attention to your wishes than mine does.
