Need Computer Help!!

    Last night while on the BullDog forum that I joined, I clicked on a YouTube clip and tried to adjust the volume. Instead of the volume change I was expecting, it brings up the dashboard thing on this POS Mac computer. There is a calculator, some other stuff, and the time/temp and 5 day forecast for Austin, Tx! Any time I click on something, it makes like a "bracket" in bold black lines. Some of the keys don't do what they normally do either. For instance, the space bar scrolls the page down. Also, there is an annoying voice that tells you of everything that you click on. It's driving me nuts. The Girl is mad at me for this, so any help may save my life! :damn_computers:
