Oil Shale

    Oil from shale is really taking off in the US, Canada and China. China, of course, finally stole our recovery process. The Saudi princes are getting worried about oil shale lowering the market. Many states around the world may have oil shale. The state they are worried about the most---------------North Dakota.

    Now for another question. Since no one wants a refinery near them in the US, is there an uninhabited island near the US where we could build new refineries?
