    Looking for your guys opinions on this situation. I sold some jigs on Ebay, shipped them on Feb 26, scheduled to be delivered on March 4th. On approx. the 6th the buyer contacts me stating he has not received the jigs, sure enough I check the receipt number, the last scan shows it leaving the Post Office where I dropped it off en-route to the Sorting Center. I contacted USPS and issued the complaint about the missing mail. The Consumer Affairs Department for USPS is looking into the where abouts of the jigs. Now here is where I dont know what to do, I have contacted the buyer atleast twice, through Ebay and through email, asking him how long we give USPS to locate the jigs before I refund his money. I have not received a response from the buyer. Do I refund his money now or what? I dont want to presume he has received them now and hasnt informed me but I dont want to not hold his money if he has received them.
