Paid to not fish?

    Just heard on FOX News that MA fishermen, hobby fishermen, not commerical, are asked to turn in their license for $500 so that NOAA can do a environmental Impact study of some sort. :thinking:

    Would you take $500 from the Gov't to not fish?? Remember, you have to turn in your license to do so.

    Not me. Keep the damn money. I'll just go fish somewhere else. :censored:
