Reminder your boat will hurt you

Most likely no one on here knows him but Kurt Morer who is a Stroker guy had a bad accident in a boat this weekend at a rally. Don't know what happened or what was the cause but thought it was a good time to remind everyone to be careful. You can see below it can get serious quick. He was air lifted off the lake



"A few additional updates from Lee: Thanks to the Fast Bass Crew, they've been a huge help in getting the boat in a salvageable form--boat is still under Game & Fish possession, but should be out of "jail" soon. The latest from the Neurologist is that he has extremely serious neck, spinal cord and back injuries. He'll be in a neck brace for the next 12 weeks as he is in danger of paralization wi...thout neck support. Bleeding around the brain continues to heal, his rotator cuff that may require surgery--later. His Kidney's are clearly under stress due to the medication and general trauma, so no word yet on a course of action there, but it appears that this is the biggest area of concern now, since all else is stable. Again, thanks to everyone for the thoughts and comments--he is apparently holding onto his sense of humor, and gaining mobility. More to come later this evening"
