scents and rattles

I don't go through all the forums too frequently but recently read tips on bass fishing. Some excellant tips that got me thinking.I've had great results with scents and rattles. I realize there's a time and place for both but find this true for ME: I've won a couple t's in years past when I used smelly jelly and others used the same bait with no scent.Rattle traps work sometimes but I always used a Denny Brauer Triple rattleback jig in Black / blue flash. It makes a clicking sound that duplicates a crawdad. Time and place for everything I guess.:fish2:
