Should have stayed in bed

Yesterday was one of "those" days. We've had a down turn in our industry and the company needs to downsize, which means layoffs. First thing, 7.00 am I had a doctors appointment for the report one blood test. All the heart, blood sugar etc was good, but the test for Prostate Cancer went from .7 last year to 4.4 this year. 30 to 40 percent chance of having it. The doctor did the digital exam (mental note, find a doctor with smaller hands!) and that was inconclusive. Referrals made for MRI and a biopsy, but he wants to talk to a specialist. Then it's off to work where I had to terminate seven of my workers. Some didn't take it so well. Day finally ends and there a two missed calls from the doctor on my phone, but he's not answering. Long night without much sleep only to get a call from the doctor at 6.30 am telling me to stop worrying. The urologist doesn't believe the test could be that bad. So, next week, it's a court ozone injection in my shoulder on Monday and another blood test on Tuesday to recheck the prostate. I've become unite attached to my prostate over the years, and I'd hat to lose it. Anyway, how was your day? Time for a beer.....or two.
