St. Louis Verdict

The verdict in St. Louis has made this city a damgerous place to visit or drive through. I was at the range this morning when a militia group leader came in and asked for volunteers to support them. An out of state group came to the area yesterday. Another is on the way. I hope this goes away without incident but it has a very bad vibe to it. North St. Louis city has thousands of abandoned homes and could easily go up in flames. If that happens, the situation will get out of hand very quickly. Shots are being fired but it is being kept off the media for now. I live in the far south of the county and don't think it will spread here. If it does, I will protect my family from any side our anyone.
Schools are closing early as I was writing this and the police reserve has been called up. The media is now saying the Governor may declare a state of emergency. The downtown streets are being blocked off and businesses are boarding up windows. This is like a train wreck where you know what will happen but can't look away.
