Steven Raichlen ribs

    I bought a Raichlen book years ago, called " Ribs, Ribs, Outrageous Ribs " . I looked at it, put it on the shelf, and never gave it another thought ..........till a few months ago. Even though I think Raichlen's bbq is too fancy for me, that he's way too cosmopolitan, I thought I would try some of his recipes.

    So I went through a diff rib recipe every week. And even though I've smoked a bunch of ribs and I'm far from a " first timer " , this recipe makes some damn good ribs

    I've smoked them several times on my Weber Kettle at 325 to 350 degree, they are my fav from the book. They take an hour and a half to two hours. Recipe calls for mopping the ribs, but I'm sure a basting brush would work just as well.

    I had them this evening, and they are delicious.
