What happens when a city goes bankrupt?

    With all these citys filing for bankrupty what really happens?

    Do they scrap all the union contract, stop paying pentions and payrolls?
    What happens to all the bond holders?
    How are LEO and FF's paid?

    I have to think it not the same for a city as it is a person. :thinking: :thinking:
