AR optics

    My old eyes say it is time to give up the iron sights and get some optics on my Ar15. Without spending an arm and leg, I would like to get something for close quarter as well as reach out to 200 yards easily seen and holds a zero. Aimpoint and Eotech is not in the budget and NC Star and similar is not something I wanna buy due to lack of quality. I would like to stay under $250. Any recommendations? I am all over you tube looking at videos. Illuminated would be a bonus. I do have a fixed front sight and a flat top upper with the pic rail.
