News just doesn't get much more bizarre than this...

In the story an infant (deceased), and 8 year old child, and a woman (presumably the mother) were all found naked in a parking lot, and covered in an unknown white powder. I ran across this while doing some research on the fire Tuesday night at the Chevron refinery in El Segundo, California, and couldn't help but think "What the frick?" I'll update this if/when something new comes in, but I mean; what the frick?
