Fred Flintstone Pork Steak

I returned to Cafe Telegraph Smokehouse for lunch. The daily special was their "Fred Flintstone" pork steak. It is a whopping 3 pound pork steak, smoked for 15 hours and served with 2 large sides. It cost me $15. The smoke line was 1.5 inches into the meat. The meat comes with dry rub on it and has a full taste with a little fire ad sweetness. The server said the signature pork steak was written about in the Nee York Times newspaper.
