Great start for the new year

Had to have the wifes Santa Fe looked at. So far I'm at a grand for new tires and tie rod ends. Also a rear caliper hanging up that they'll try and look at and see if it can be fixed without replacing it. Now I find my water heater is starting to leak on the floor. Go looking and find out that a 40 gallon power vent model is now going for $1200!! Last time I replaced it I think I remember it being about $600.
