Handgun collection coming home

    I had donated my collection of handguns from my intel days to one of the agencies I had worked for. I was told it was a permanent exhibit. I got a snail mail letter saying the exhibit is now closed and I have to pick up my collection by mid May. I had told them I didn't want them back. I will put the weapons for sale locally. My Webley Mark IV in "war finish" already has a buyer.
    Hard to believe I have to travel to the east coast to retrieve something I thought I had permanently donated. :head_on_wall:

    I also have the 1898 Krag for sale locally. It is too expensive to shoot. The gunsmith said it had the best mechanism he has seen and even as a sporter, it was worth $1000 min. for parts alone. If someone can locate an original military stock, the value would increase to $3-4 k.
