Pork belly

    cd4th Shoot first, shoot again

    Had a half a pork belly in the freezer that I finally dug out and threw in the smoker. Smoked with apple wood up to about 165, then wrapped with some apple juice added and took it up to 196 degrees. Topped it off with a little glaze of bbq sauce and 4 minutes under the broiler. Damn tasty.... pork belly.jpg
