Some good customer service

So about two years ago when I accepted the job here in Charlotte, I bought myself a congratulation to myself gift, a Benchmade knife. Found it for a really good deal and have carried it with me just about everyday since I bought it.

Well last Sunday I was working my part time job and I snagged the pocket clip on something as I walked by. Doing so broke off the pocket clip and a piece of the handle.

That evening I emailed Benchmade to inquire how much it would cost to have the handle replaced. Day or so later I get a response from a customer service rep from Benchmade saying sorry to hear about my knife, but fortunately its covered under warranty along with that they will give the knife a once over replacing any bad screws, pocket clip if needed and give it a good sharpening all at a cost of $0 to me.

Gotta say, Im surprised how well Benchmade stands behind their knives. If youre ever in the market for another blade, take a serious look at Benchmade.
